I like it! I think the pale green background was a good color choice, it blends well with the foliage and water in the pictures. I've seen some paintings that come in sets of 3 or so; they are separate pictures, but when hung next to each other, with a space between each one, they are really one large continuous picture. (Hope that makes sense, I know what I mean, lol!)
Rose, I know exactly what you mean! I originally had the background in a pale mauve -- didn't like it -- so changed it to the green and it looked good to me! Thank you for your comment! :)
I like the slat effect because I like seeing an image that is sectioned. I haven't been able to do that but would love to experiment. I really like this because it is as if looking at a scene via vertical mirrors. Wonderful!
My passion is creating images with Paint Shop Pro v8. They are Copyright by 3B Digital Art 2012, any other images remain copyright of their original owners.
it does take away from the full view of the photo but i think its neat! i like it. good job as usual sis! luv ya!
ReplyDeleteI like both. Jus think of the slats as windows in a wall. What a room that would be with that view outside!
ReplyDeleteThat's a good way to think of it, Terry! Thank you! :)

ReplyDeleteGlad you like it, Anna! I use a free plug-in for Paint Shop Pro that does it for me -- more or less. Thanks! :)
DeleteI could imagine the photo imprinted on board, cut into slats, and hung on a wall individually to draw a unique perspective. I like this.
ReplyDeleteThat would be cool!! Thank you, Preston! :)
